Yong Gao: Thank you for having me. I believe my success is a result of my serious dedication to my career. I work hard both on and off the pitch to constantly improve my skills. My coach has always praised me for my work ethics, and I believe that has played a big role in my recent performances.

Interviewer: You have been known to let loose once in a while despite your serious approach to your career. How do you balance work and play?

Yong Gao: It's important to have a balance in life. While I am focused on my career and improving my game, I also know how to have some fun and enjoy life. It's all about finding the right balance and knowing when to switch between work and play.

Interviewer: You have powered through injuries and concussions in the past. How do you maintain your health and fitness despite these setbacks?

Yong Gao: I have always been a resilient player, and I believe that my determination and passion for the game have helped me overcome these obstacles. I push myself to the limit and always give my best on the pitch, even if it means pushing through pain. However, I am aware that my body may not age well due to the wear and tear it has endured over the years.

Interviewer: What is your favorite club to play against and why?

Yong Gao: I always enjoy playing against SON. The matches are always intense and competitive, and I thrive in that kind of environment. It pushes me to perform at my best and gives me the opportunity to showcase my skills as a defender.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Yong Gao: Well, one interesting fact about me is that I am actually a talented cook. I love experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes. It's a great way for me to unwind and relax after a tough match or training session.
