Reporter: Good afternoon, Firman Gunawan! Your exceptional form this season has caught the attention of football fans around the world. How does it feel to be performing at such a high level?

Firman Gunawan: Thank you for your kind words. It's always a great feeling to know that your hard work is paying off. I'm just grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills and help my team succeed.

Reporter: As an experienced player, what do you think sets you apart from other midfielders in the game?

Firman Gunawan: I believe my exceptional skill set combined with my football intelligence is what sets me apart. Being able to read the game and make split-second decisions is crucial in the midfield position. Additionally, my versatility allows me to contribute both defensively and offensively, making me a valuable asset to the team.

Reporter: We've heard that you enjoy playing for clubs that have a strong desire to win at all costs. Can you elaborate on that?

Firman Gunawan: Absolutely. I have a burning desire to win, and I thrive in an environment where everyone shares that same determination. Playing for a club that is willing to go above and beyond to achieve success motivates me to push myself even further. It's the competitive spirit that drives me to excel on the pitch.

Reporter: Your practice ethics have been a topic of discussion among football enthusiasts. Some argue that you are not known for putting in the extra work, while others say you have a wide range of interests. What can you tell us about this?

Firman Gunawan: Football is undoubtedly important to me, but I also believe in striking a balance between my personal and professional life. While I may not be the first one in and the last one out on the training ground, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It allows me to approach the game with a fresh mindset and enjoy every moment on the pitch.

Reporter: It seems like you've been taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle as your career progresses. Can you tell us a bit more about that?

Firman Gunawan: Yes, definitely. As a young player, I was not the most health-conscious, but with age and experience, I've come to realize the importance of taking care of my body. I've adopted healthier habits, focusing on a well-balanced diet and incorporating fitness routines that keep me in optimal condition. Less fast food and more keto, as they say!

Reporter: Do you have a favorite club that you enjoy playing against?

Firman Gunawan: I would have to say LUC. Every time we face them, it's a highly competitive match, and their style of play challenges me in different ways. It's always a thrill to compete against them.

Reporter: What is your favorite formation to play in, and what play style suits you best?

Firman Gunawan: I'm a fan of the 3-5-2 formation, as it allows me to have both defensive and offensive responsibilities. As for play style, I prefer a more neutral approach, adapting to the situation on the pitch and making decisions based on what's best for the team at that moment.

Reporter: Currently, Valparaiso Mariners AC is ranked 4th out of 10 teams. What are your goals for the remainder of the season?

Firman Gunawan: Our primary goal is to secure a top-three position and qualify for the continental competition. We have a talented squad, and I believe we can achieve great things together. Personally, I aim to contribute as much as possible to help the team reach our objectives.

Reporter: Lastly, could you share with us an interesting fact about your life, something that fans might not know?
