Nelah Hendra: Good morning, thank you for having me. Maintaining my skills requires complete devotion. I am willing to sacrifice everything else in my life to thrive as a footballer. No friends, no fun. Just work, all day, every day. It's not an easy path, but it's the one I've chosen.

Nelah Hendra: Player development is definitely a key factor for me, but I also value clubs that create a strong sense of camaraderie. I eat well, exercise regularly, and make sure to get enough rest. However, I also give myself the freedom to indulge in the occasional guilty pleasure. It's all about finding that equilibrium.
