Francesco Messina talks about his unique approach to the game

Reporter: Francesco, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start off by talking about your practice ethics. Some people have called you lazy, what do you have to say about that?
Francesco: Well, I wouldn't necessarily say I'm lazy. I just have a wide range of interests outside of football. I believe in enjoying life and spending time with my family. But when it comes to the game, I do what needs to be done to perform at my best.
Reporter: That's an interesting perspective. How have your habits changed over the years in terms of healthiness?
Francesco: When I was younger, I definitely didn't pay much attention to my health on the pitch. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started eating healthier, less fast food, more keto, and I feel a lot better because of it.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Now, tell us about your favorite club to play against.
Francesco: Definitely OLP. The matches against them are always intense and competitive. It brings out the best in me as a player.
Reporter: And finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life?
Francesco: Well, not many people know this, but I am also a talented musician. I play the guitar in my free time and it's a great way for me to relax and unwind outside of football.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Francesco. Good luck with the rest of the season with Valparaiso Mariners AC.
Francesco: Thank you, it was my pleasure.
