Franchesca Lira: Thank you for having me. It's definitely a challenge to stay focused and prepared when you're not getting game time, but I try to stay positive and work hard in training every day. I know my time will come, so I need to be ready when it does.

Franchesca Lira: I take my career very seriously, both on and off the pitch. I spend a lot of time working on my game and trying to improve in every aspect. But I also know how to have fun and relax when I need to. Balance is key to staying healthy and happy in this profession.

Reporter: Speaking of health, how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying yourself?

Franchesca Lira: I believe in moderation and balance. I eat well, exercise regularly, and make sure to get enough rest. But I also make time for friends, family, and activities I enjoy outside of football. It's all about finding that middle ground.

Reporter: You mentioned BDB as your favorite club to play against. What is it about them that makes those matches special for you?

Franchesca Lira: BDB always brings out the best in me. They're a tough opponent, and I love the challenge of facing them on the pitch. It's always a great battle, and I enjoy testing myself against their players.

Franchesca Lira: One interesting fact about me is that I have a twin sister who also plays football professionally. We grew up playing together and pushing each other to be better. It's been a huge part of my journey in the sport.
