Frederic Seymour: It's all about finding the right balance. I love what I do, so I'm always looking for ways to get better both on and off the pitch. Whether it's spending time with friends or trying new hobbies, I think it's important to have a well-rounded lifestyle.

Frederic Seymour: Yes, as a young player, I didn't always make the healthiest choices. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been focusing on eating a more balanced diet and incorporating more exercise into my routine. I've even started following a keto diet to help with my energy levels and overall health.

Frederic Seymour: My favorite club to play against is OIL. They always bring out the best in me and I love the competitive nature of our matches. It's always a tough battle, but I thrive on the challenge.
