Fredericka Huber: The Unconventional Forward

Interviewer: Fredericka, thank you for taking the time to chat with us today. Let's start off by talking about your unique playing style. You're known for your exceptional skill on the field, but also for your love of defending. Can you tell us more about why you enjoy playing that way?

Fredericka Huber: Well, I've always been drawn to the defensive side of the game. I find it challenging and rewarding to shut down the opposition and help my team keep a clean sheet. It's a different kind of satisfaction than scoring goals, but it's just as important in my eyes.

Interviewer: That's really interesting. And speaking of goals, you haven't scored any this season. Do you feel any pressure to find the back of the net soon?

Fredericka Huber: Not at all. Of course, I would love to contribute more in terms of goals and assists, but I'm a team player first and foremost. As long as we're winning games and I'm doing my part defensively, I'm happy.

Interviewer: Your current club, Raizes Sao Paulo, is currently at the bottom of the league table. What do you think needs to change in order for the team to start climbing the rankings?

Fredericka Huber: We definitely need to work on our consistency and communication on the field. We have a talented group of players, but we haven't been able to gel as a team yet. Once we start working together more effectively, I'm confident we can turn things around.

Interviewer: And finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life off the field?

Fredericka Huber: Sure! I'm actually a certified yoga instructor and I love practicing mindfulness and meditation in my free time. It helps me stay centered and focused, both on and off the field.

Interviewer: That's great to hear. Thank you for sharing that with us, Fredericka. We wish you and your team the best of luck for the rest of the season.

Fredericka Huber: Thank you, I appreciate it.
