Gerold Krause: It's important to me to always give my best on the pitch and in training, but I also know the importance of taking time to relax and recharge. I like to spend time with my friends and family, and I enjoy going out to have a good time. It's all about finding that balance and making sure I can perform at my best when it matters most.

Gerold Krause: It's true that I've put my body through a lot, but I also know the importance of taking care of myself. I work closely with our team's medical staff to make sure I'm in the best possible shape, and I listen to my body when it needs rest. I may not age well, but I want to make the most of my career while I can.
