Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethics and dedication to the game. How do you balance your serious approach to football with letting loose once in a while?

Adolphus: It's all about finding the right balance. I know when to focus and put in the hard work, but I also know when to relax and enjoy life outside of football. It's important to have a good balance in order to perform at my best.
