Interview with Melbourne United's Defender Tanah Citta

Reporter: Tanah, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start off by talking about your practice ethics. You're known for your exceptional skills and work ethic. Can you tell us a bit about your dedication to the game?

Tanah: Absolutely. I believe in giving my all every single day to become the best footballer I can be. I don't believe in taking shortcuts or settling for mediocrity. My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I work tirelessly to improve and constantly push myself to new limits.

Reporter: It's clear that your dedication has paid off, especially considering your recent form. You have yet to concede a goal this season. What do you attribute this success to?

Tanah: It's a combination of factors - my experience, my commitment to getting better every day, and the support of my teammates. I believe in investing in team chemistry and culture, which has helped us to perform at our best on the pitch.

Reporter: Speaking of performances on the pitch, is there a particular club you enjoy playing against?

Tanah: I always enjoy playing against LUC. They have a strong team and it's always a challenging match, which I thrive on.

Reporter: You mentioned your commitment to becoming a better player. How has your approach to health and fitness evolved over the years?

Tanah: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body to prolong my career. I've started adopting healthier habits, focusing on a more balanced diet and incorporating fitness routines that support my overall well-being.

Reporter: That's great to hear. Before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Tanah: Well, not many people know this, but I actually have a passion for cooking. I find it therapeutic and a great way to unwind after a tough match or training session. It helps me relax and recharge for the next challenge on the pitch.

Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Tanah. It's been a pleasure speaking with you and learning more about your journey as a footballer. Best of luck for the rest of the season with Melbourne United.

Tanah: Thank you, I appreciate it. I'll continue to give my all for the team and hopefully contribute to our success on the pitch.
