Interview with Melbourne United's Midfielder Sophie Levesque
Interviewer: Sophie, you have had an exceptional career so far, but it seems like you haven't played any matches this season. Can you tell us why?
Sophie: Yes, unfortunately I've been dealing with a minor injury that has kept me off the pitch. But I'm working hard to get back to full fitness and help my team out as soon as possible.
Interviewer: That's understandable. How have you been keeping yourself in shape during this time off?
Sophie: I've been focusing on my diet and training regime to ensure that I come back stronger than ever. I've been cutting out fast food and focusing on a keto diet to improve my overall health and fitness.
Interviewer: That's great to hear. You have a reputation for being a defender on the field. What do you enjoy most about playing in that position?
Sophie: I love the challenge of defending and shutting down the opposition. It requires a lot of focus and tactical awareness, which I thrive on. Plus, I love being able to support my teammates and help keep the opposition from scoring.
Interviewer: You are known for having a wide range of interests outside of football. Can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life?
Sophie: Well, I actually have a passion for cooking and baking. Whenever I have free time, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. It's a great way for me to unwind and relax outside of football.
Interviewer: That's fantastic. Thank you for sharing with us, Sophie. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back on the pitch soon.
Sophie: Thank you, I appreciate it. I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love.
