Interview with Olympians Cariocas Forward Maleigha Ahuna

Reporter: Maleigha, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us. Let's start with your recent form - how do you feel you've been performing this season?
Maleigha: Thank you for having me. I think my recent form has been good, but there is always room for improvement. I've only scored one goal so far, which is below my expectations, but I'm working hard to make sure I contribute more to the team.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker but also not the worst. How do you balance putting in the work with having fun?
Maleigha: It's all about finding the right balance. I believe in working hard when I need to, but also enjoying life outside of football. I think it's important to have a healthy mindset and not put too much pressure on myself.
Reporter: Your favorite club to play against is GIZ. What is it about playing against them that you enjoy?
Maleigha: I think GIZ always brings out the best in me. They are a tough team to play against, but I thrive in those challenging situations. It's always a competitive match when we face them, and I enjoy that intensity.
Reporter: You prioritize your health and treat your body like your most important asset. How do you maintain your fitness and health as you continue to play at a high level?
Maleigha: It's all about discipline and dedication. I make sure to eat right, get enough rest, and stay on top of my physical training. I know that taking care of my body now will pay off in the long run, so I don't take any shortcuts when it comes to my health.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Maleigha: One interesting fact about me is that I have a passion for photography. I love capturing moments and telling stories through images. It's a creative outlet for me outside of football that helps me relax and unwind.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Maleigha. We wish you the best of luck in the rest of the season with Olympians Cariocas.
Maleigha: Thank you, it was my pleasure.
