Fredericka: Thank you for having me. I think my success comes from my dedication to improving my skills both on and off the pitch. I spend a lot of time working on my game and it's great to see that hard work paying off.

Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethic. How important is it for you to maintain a serious approach to your career?

Fredericka: It's extremely important for me to take my career seriously. I love playing football and I want to make the most of every opportunity I have. That means putting in the work to improve and continually strive to be the best player I can be.

Reporter: Despite your serious approach, you also know how to let loose once in a while. How do you find the balance between dedication and enjoyment?

Fredericka: It's all about finding the right balance. I work hard during training and matches, but I also know that it's important to take some time for myself to relax and enjoy life outside of football. It's all about finding that balance and making sure I take care of myself both mentally and physically.

Reporter: You have faced injuries and concussions in your career. How do you push through those challenges and continue to perform at a high level?

Fredericka: Injuries are just part of the game. I have a strong mentality and a drive to succeed, so I always push through any challenges that come my way. I make sure to take care of my body and listen to my medical team to ensure that I can continue to perform at my best.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?

Fredericka: One interesting fact about me is that I have a twin sister who also plays football. We have a friendly rivalry on the pitch, but we always support each other and push each other to be the best we can be.
