Reporter: Tariq, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent form with Royal Cambridge FC. You've been playing exceptionally well this season, but have yet to score any goals or provide any assists. How do you explain this?

Tariq: Well, I think my role as a midfielder is not solely focused on scoring goals or getting assists. I contribute to the team in other ways, such as controlling the midfield, distributing the ball, and supporting the attack. Of course, I would love to score or assist, but my main focus is on helping the team win games.

Reporter: That's a fair point. Your team is currently ranked 9th out of 10 teams in the league. What do you think needs to improve in order to climb up the table?

Tariq: I think we need to work on our consistency and focus. We have shown glimpses of brilliance in some matches, but we need to be able to maintain that level of performance throughout the entire season. We also need to tighten up our defense and be more clinical in front of goal.

Reporter: Interesting. Now, I've heard that you have a wide range of interests outside of football. Can you share a random interesting fact about your life with us?

Tariq: Sure! One random fact about me is that I love to cook. I find it to be a relaxing and creative outlet, and I enjoy experimenting with different flavors and cuisines. It's a great way for me to unwind after a tough training session or match.
