Reporter: Stephan, you've been in exceptional form this season, with 12 matches played and a great performance on the field. What do you think sets you apart from other defenders in the league?
Stephan Herbert: I think my skill and experience play a big part, but I also believe in investing in team chemistry and culture. It's important for clubs to have a good environment where players feel supported and motivated to perform their best.
Reporter: Speaking of clubs, what do you like most about playing for Olympians Cariocas?
Stephan Herbert: I appreciate the club's focus on team culture and the way they invest in developing that. It's important to have a good foundation to build on, and I think we're moving in the right direction.
Reporter: You're known for your intense practice ethics, can you tell us more about that?
Stephan Herbert: My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I work hard every day to improve my game, both on and off the field.
Reporter: It's important to maintain a good balance between work and fun, how do you strike that balance?
Stephan Herbert: I try to maintain healthy habits and stay focused on my goals, but I also believe in enjoying life and having some fun. It's all about finding a balance that works for you.
Reporter: What's your favorite club to play against?
Stephan Herbert: Definitely SON, they always bring their best to the field and it's always a great match-up.
Reporter: And what's your favorite formation and play style?
Stephan Herbert: I prefer a 4-3-3 formation, and I like to play a neutral style that allows us to respond to the opposition's tactics.
Reporter: Finally, can you tell us an interesting fact about your life?
Stephan Herbert: Well, I used to be a professional gamer before I became a footballer. It's a completely different world, but I still enjoy gaming in my free time.
Reporter: Thanks for taking the time to talk with us, Stephan. Good luck with the rest of the season.
Stephan Herbert: Thank you, it was a pleasure.
