Reporter: Norland, you have been in exceptional form this season despite not yet making an appearance in any matches. How have you managed to stay ready and perform at such a high level?

Norland Backstrom: Thank you. It's all about staying focused and being prepared mentally and physically. Even though I haven't played any matches yet, I make sure to train hard and stay sharp so that when my opportunity comes, I am ready to make an impact.

Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker but not the worst either. How do you balance putting in the work while still enjoying yourself off the pitch?

Norland Backstrom: I believe in finding a healthy balance. I take my training seriously and always give my best on the pitch, but I also know how to have a good time and enjoy life. It's important to have fun and relax, but also be able to meet the expectations of the club when it matters.

Reporter: You have been known to push through injuries and concussions to play. How do you manage to maintain your health and perform at a high level despite these challenges?

Norland Backstrom: I've been through a lot in my career, and I've learned to listen to my body and take care of myself. I may not have the healthiest lifestyle, but I know how to manage my injuries and push through the pain when it's necessary. I may not age well, but I'll always give my all on the pitch.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know about?

Norland Backstrom: One interesting fact about me is that I have a twin brother who also plays professional football. We used to play together in the same team before he transferred to another club. It's always special to compete against him on the pitch.

Norland Backstrom: Thank you, it was a pleasure.
