Ilhan Basak: Yes, that's correct. I have made football my priority, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in this sport. I am constantly working on my game, both on and off the pitch, in order to reach my full potential as a player.
Reporter: It's clear that your hard work is paying off. How do you balance this intense focus on football with other aspects of your life?
Ilhan Basak: Honestly, I don't have much of a social life outside of football. My only goal is to thrive as a footballer, and I am willing to make sacrifices in order to achieve that. I know that I need to take care of my body and adopt healthier habits as I get older, so I am gradually making changes to prolong my career.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Now, let's talk about your favorite team to play against. You mentioned that you enjoy facing MAR. What is it about that matchup that excites you?
Ilhan Basak: I always enjoy playing against MAR because they are a strong team that challenges me to elevate my game. It's a competitive matchup that pushes me to perform at my best, and I thrive in that kind of environment.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Ilhan Basak: Well, despite my intense focus on football, I do have a hidden talent for playing the guitar. It's a nice escape for me and allows me to relax and unwind after a long day of training.
