Janette Hebert: I think it's a combination of hard work on the field and enjoying the game. I love playing football and that passion drives me to perform at my best.

Janette Hebert: I understand where they're coming from, but I believe in finding a balance between work and play. Football is important to me, but so is spending time with my family and pursuing other interests outside of the game.

Reporter: You have conceded only 2 goals this season, what's been the key to your solid defensive performances?

Janette Hebert: I think communication and teamwork are crucial in defense. We have a strong backline and a solid understanding of each other's playing styles, which helps us keep the opposition at bay.
