Jasmin Brook: A Force to be Reckoned with

Jasmin Brook, the 37 year old forward from Alberta SC, has been a force to be reckoned with on the footballing scene for the past two decades. Despite her age, she has been in exceptional form this season and is showing no signs of slowing down.

When asked what she likes the most about clubs in general, she replied, "I really appreciate clubs that put on a good show for the fans, it's one of my favorite things about the game." She has yet to play in a match this season, but she has been putting in maximum effort in training, doing whatever it takes to get better.

Brook mentioned that her only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, and unfortunately this means putting other aspects of life on the backburner. She said, “I need to focus on football, so sometimes this means sacrificing fun nights out or new challenges. But it’s what I need to do to stay competitive.” Her focus on health has been paramount in her success, treating her body like an asset and making wise decisions to ensure a long, healthy career.

When asked about her favorite club to play against, Brook replied that she enjoys playing against SLB the most. She also mentioned that her favorite formation is 4-4-1-1 and her favorite play style is neutral.

Perhaps the most interesting fact about Jasmin Brook is that she got her start in football from her father, who was a professional player himself and trained her since she was a child.  Brook’s incredible skill set and no-nonsense attitude have helped her become the incredible force she is today on the field.
