Julie Daigle: The Unstoppable Defender Ready to Conquer All

Reporter: Good afternoon, Julie Daigle, it's an honor to have this opportunity to interview you. Let's start with your recent move to Lagos Sunshine FC. How are you settling in?

Julie Daigle: Thank you, it's a pleasure to be here. Lagos Sunshine FC is a great club, and I'm settling in quite well. The team has a strong desire to win at all costs, which aligns perfectly with what I look for in a club. I believe we have the potential to achieve great things together.

Reporter: Your recent form has been exceptional, even though you haven't played any matches this season. Could you elaborate on how you maintain such high performance levels?

Julie Daigle: Practice. Practice. Practice. That's my mantra. I live and breathe football. I'll do whatever it takes to improve my skills and thrive as a player. No friends, no distractions. Just work all day, every day. Sacrificing everything else is a small price to pay for success on the field.

Reporter: Your dedication is truly admirable. However, there have been concerns about your health, especially considering your partying habits and disregard for injuries. How do you respond to those concerns?

Julie Daigle: (laughs) I understand the concerns, but I see my body as a ruin rather than a temple. I've partied all night before cup finals and played through injuries and concussions. It's a risk I'm willing to take for the love of the game. I may not age well, but I'll leave everything on the field while I can.

Reporter: Interesting perspective, Julie. Moving on, do you have a favorite club to play against?

Julie Daigle: Oh, definitely SON. The matches against them are always intense and exciting. They bring out the best in me, and the rivalry fuels my determination to come out on top. It's always a battle worth remembering.

Reporter: And what about your favorite formation and play style?

Julie Daigle: I've always enjoyed playing in a 4-5-1 formation. It provides a solid defensive structure while allowing me to contribute to the attack when needed. As for play style, I prefer neutrality. I adapt to the situation and do whatever it takes to secure victory for my team.

Reporter: Impressive. Finally, could you share a random interesting fact about your life?

Julie Daigle: Well, not many people know this, but I'm a certified pilot. When I'm not on the football field, I often find solace in the skies. It's a different kind of freedom that complements the intensity of the game.
