Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethic. How do you balance that with letting loose once in a while?

Kaisen: It's all about finding a good balance. I know when to focus and put in the work, but I also understand the importance of relaxing and enjoying life outside of football.

Reporter: You have quite a reputation for playing through injuries and pushing yourself to the limit. Do you ever worry about your long-term health?

Kaisen: I try not to think about it too much. I know my body has taken a beating over the years, but I just focus on giving my all for the team in the present moment.
