Karsten Richard: The Ambitious Midfielder Shining Bright at Raizes Sao Paulo

Karsten Richard: Thank you for having me. What I appreciate the most about Raizes Sao Paulo is their commitment to team chemistry and culture. They invest in creating a strong bond among the players, and that really makes a difference on and off the field. It's crucial to have a harmonious environment to succeed.
Interviewer: Your recent form has been exceptional, and you have been a key player in the midfield. What do you think sets you apart from other players in your position?
Karsten Richard: I believe my exceptional skill and experience set me apart. I've been playing at a high level since a very young age, and that has given me the opportunity to develop my abilities to their fullest potential. I'm always looking to improve and push myself to the limit. That's what drives me.
Interviewer: You have played four matches this season. Could you share with us your practice ethics and how you approach your career?
Karsten Richard: My practice ethics are extreme. I will do anything and everything it takes to become a better player. My focus is solely on thriving as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I have no room for friends or fun. It's work all day, every day. That's the only way I know how to achieve greatness.
Interviewer: Your commitment is truly admirable. However, there have been concerns about your healthiness. Can you shed some light on that?
Karsten Richard: I must admit that I have pushed my body to the extreme. I've partied all night before a cup final and continued playing through injuries and concussions. For me, my body is more of a ruin than a temple. While it might not bode well for the long term, I am willing to take those risks to reach my goals.
Interviewer: Fascinating. Moving on, do you have a favorite club to play against?
Karsten Richard: Definitely GAU. They always bring out the best in me. Our matches are intense and highly competitive. I thrive in such an environment, and it's always a thrilling experience to face them on the pitch.
Interviewer: And what is your favorite formation and play style?
Karsten Richard: I prefer the 3-5-2 formation, as it allows me to have more freedom in the midfield and contribute both defensively and offensively. As for play style, I love attacking football. I enjoy creating opportunities for my teammates and scoring goals whenever I can.
Interviewer: Currently, Raizes Sao Paulo is ranked 6th out of 10 teams. What are your thoughts on the team's performance so far?
Karsten Richard: We can definitely do better. We have a talented squad, and I believe we have the potential to climb higher in the rankings. It's all about finding our rhythm and executing our game plan effectively. We need to work harder and improve collectively to achieve our goals.
Interviewer: Lastly, could you share an interesting fact about your life that not many people know?
Karsten Richard: Well, I have a secret passion for cooking. Whenever I have a rare moment of free time, I experiment with new recipes in the kitchen. It's my way of unwinding and finding a balance amidst my all-consuming dedication to football.
