Kiani Mailey: For me, my body is my most important asset. I prioritize rest, nutrition, and training to ensure I am always at my peak performance level. I make sacrifices in my personal life, but it is all worth it to have a long and successful career.

Interviewer: You have played against many clubs in your career, is there a particular team that stands out as your favorite to compete against?

Kiani Mailey: I always enjoy playing against COP. They have a strong team, and it pushes me to elevate my game even further.

Interviewer: As a defender, what is your favorite formation and play style to utilize on the field?

Kiani Mailey: I prefer a 4-5-1 formation, as it allows me to focus on defending and supporting my teammates. I thrive in a defensive play style, always looking to shut down the opponent's attack.

Interviewer: Your current club, Sycamore FC, is currently ranked 9th out of 10 teams. As a veteran player, how do you motivate your teammates to improve and climb up the standings?
