[Marlana]: My favorite formation is 4-4-1-1. It allows me to contribute both defensively and offensively, finding the perfect balance. As for play style, I have always enjoyed defending. There's something incredibly satisfying about intercepting passes and stopping the opponent's attacks.

I've been adopting healthier habits, focusing on a keto diet and reducing my intake of fast food. It has made a significant difference in my overall well-being and performance.
