Martel: Thank you, it's definitely a great feeling to be acknowledged for my hard work and dedication to the sport. I just try to give my best every time I step onto the field and help my team win.
Interviewer: Despite not playing any matches this season, your recent form has been exceptional. How have you been able to maintain your high level of performance?
Martel: I believe in staying prepared and focused at all times, even if I'm not playing in matches. I make sure to train hard and stay in top shape so that when my opportunity comes, I'm ready to give it my all.
Interviewer: Some have labeled you as lazy due to your practice habits. How do you respond to those criticisms?
Martel: I understand that everyone has their own opinions, but I believe in finding a balance between work and play. Football is important to me, but so is spending time with my family and enjoying life outside of the game. I may not put in extra hours on the training field, but I make sure to give my best when it matters.
Interviewer: You have yet to concede any goals this season. What do you attribute your strong defensive record to?
Martel: It's a team effort, really. My teammates and I work together to ensure that we have a solid defensive structure on the field. Communication and trust are key in maintaining a clean sheet, and I'm grateful to have such a supportive team backing me up.

Martel: Well, I'm actually an avid collector of vintage football jerseys. I have quite a collection from different clubs and eras, and I love learning about the history behind each one. It's a passion of mine outside of football that helps me relax and unwind.
