"Mikael Almquist talks about his exceptional form and love for the game"

Interviewer: Mikael, you have been in exceptional form this season with Valparaiso Mariners AC. How do you feel about your performance so far?

Mikael Almquist: Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. I have been putting in a lot of effort both on and off the pitch to maintain my level of play. I am just glad that it is showing in my performances.

Interviewer: Your coach has praised your work ethic. Can you tell us more about your practice habits?

Mikael Almquist: I take my career very seriously and I believe that hard work is the key to success. I spend a lot of time working on my skills and fitness to ensure that I am always at my best. But of course, I also know how to have some fun and relax when needed.

Interviewer: Is there a particular club that you enjoy playing against?

Mikael Almquist: I always look forward to facing MAY. They have a strong team and it is always a good challenge to play against them.

Interviewer: What is your favorite formation and style of play?

Mikael Almquist: I prefer playing in a 3-5-2 formation and I enjoy an attacking style of play. I like to be involved in the build-up and create scoring opportunities for my teammates.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share an interesting fact about your life off the pitch?

Mikael Almquist: Well, I am actually a big fan of cooking. I enjoy trying out new recipes and experimenting with different cuisines. It helps me relax and unwind after a tough match.
