Christa Phoenix: My practice ethics are quite simple - I will do whatever it takes to become the best goalkeeper I can be. I don't have time for distractions or anything that might hinder my progress. My only goal in life is to excel in my sport, even if it means sacrificing everything else. It's a tough mindset, but it's what drives me to push myself every single day.

Christa Phoenix: I think it's crucial to strike a balance between pushing yourself to the limit and taking care of your body. I make sure to eat well, get enough rest, and stay active outside of training sessions.
