Karissa: Thank you for having me. It's all about staying focused and dedicated to my craft. I put in the work off the pitch to ensure that I am always ready when the opportunity arises.

Reporter: That's great to hear. It's clear that your practice ethics are a big part of your success. Can you tell us a bit more about your training routine and how you stay in top shape?

Karissa: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started eating healthier, focusing on a more keto-friendly diet, and incorporating more rest and recovery into my routine. It's all about finding that balance between pushing yourself on the pitch and taking care of yourself off of it.

Reporter: That's fantastic to hear. Now, let's switch gears a bit and talk about your favorite club to play against. Can you tell us why MAY is your preferred opponent?

Karissa: MAY has always been a tough competitor, and I love the challenge they bring to the pitch. Playing against them pushes me to be better and brings out the best in me as a player. Plus, there's always a great atmosphere when we face off against them.

Reporter: Lastly, before we wrap up, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Karissa: One thing that many people don't know about me is that I am actually an avid painter in my free time. I find it to be a great way to relax and unwind after a tough training session or match. It's a completely different creative outlet for me, and I love exploring that side of myself.
