Nanda Tyas: Thank you for having me. Yes, I believe that hard work and dedication are key to success in football. I spend a lot of time practicing and honing my skills, both on and off the pitch. My coach has praised me for my work ethic, and I always strive to get better every day.

Nanda Tyas: Yes, as a young player, I may not have been the most health-conscious, but I am gradually making changes to my diet and lifestyle. I am focusing on eating healthier, such as incorporating more keto-friendly foods and avoiding fast food. I believe that taking care of my body is essential to my longevity in the sport.

Nanda Tyas: I always look forward to playing against FLC, as it's a challenging and exciting match for me. My favorite formation is 4-3-3, and I prefer a defending play style. I enjoy the thrill of intercepting passes and breaking up the opponent's attacks.
