Professional footballer Min Jijon talks about his love for defending and facing off against rivals LEO

Interviewer: Min, you have mentioned that your favorite play style is defending. What is it about defending that you enjoy the most as a player?

Min Jijon: Defending is all about strategy and anticipation. I love the challenge of reading the game, predicting the opponent's moves, and making crucial tackles to protect our goal. It's a position that requires focus, discipline, and determination, and I thrive on that pressure.

Interviewer: You also mentioned that your favorite club to play against is LEO. Can you tell us why that is?

Min Jijon: LEO has always been a tough opponent for us, and I enjoy the intensity and competitiveness of our matches against them. It pushes me to perform at my best and gives me an adrenaline rush on the field. Plus, the rivalry between our clubs adds an extra layer of excitement to the game.

Interviewer: With your current team ranking at 6th place, what do you think San Lorenzo Bulls need to do to improve and climb up the table?

Min Jijon: I believe we need to work on our defense and communication as a team. We have conceded too many goals this season, and it's crucial that we tighten up at the back to give our attackers a chance to score. We also need to focus on maintaining possession and dictating the pace of the game to control the outcome.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Min Jijon: One interesting fact about me is that I love to cook in my free time. I find it relaxing and therapeutic to experiment with different recipes and create delicious meals for my friends and family. It's a way for me to unwind and express my creativity off the pitch. Thank you for the interview.
