Quiana: Thank you! I'm really happy with how things are going on the pitch. I've been able to contribute to the team's success and that's always a great feeling.
Reporter: You're known for being a bit laid back when it comes to practice. How do you manage to perform so well despite that reputation?
Quiana: I think it's all about finding a balance. Football is important to me, but so is enjoying life and spending time with my family. I may not be the hardest worker on the training ground, but I always give my best when it comes to game time.
Reporter: You've been gradually adopting healthier habits to prolong your career. Can you tell us more about that?
Quiana: As a young player, I didn't pay much attention to my health. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been cutting down on fast food and following a keto diet to stay in top shape.
Reporter: What's your favorite club to play against?
Quiana: Definitely OSV. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a tough but enjoyable match.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life with us?
Quiana: Well, I actually have a black belt in karate. It's something I've been practicing since I was a kid and it's helped me develop discipline and focus, which have translated well onto the football pitch.
