Michel Goins: Well, my daily routine revolves around my goal as a footballer. I wake up early and start my training sessions, which include physical workouts, technical drills, and studying game footage. I sacrifice everything else in my life for this pursuit, including friendships and leisure activities. It's a sacrifice I willingly make to thrive as a footballer.
Interviewer: That level of dedication is truly commendable. How about your health? Have you made any changes to prolong your career?
Michel Goins: Definitely. As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But as I've gained experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've adopted healthier habits, focusing on a keto diet and avoiding fast food. It's a small step, but it goes a long way in prolonging my career.
Interviewer: That's a wise approach. Now, let's talk about your playing preferences. Do you have a favorite club to play against?
Michel Goins: Yes, I do. My favorite club to play against is LUC. They always bring out the best in me and the matches against them are intense and exciting. It's a challenge I look forward to every time.

Michel Goins: My favorite formation is 4-5-1, as it provides a solid foundation defensively while allowing me to contribute both in attack and midfield. Additionally, I prefer a neutral play style, adapting to the game's needs rather than being focused on a specific approach.
