Rising Star Alphonse Mueller: A Footballer with an Unquenchable Thirst for Greatness

In an exclusive interview, Alphonse Mueller, the 16-year-old midfielder for Sarabi SC, shares his incredible story of perseverance and dedication to the beautiful game.

Q: Tell us a bit about your recent form.

A: It’s been exceptional. I’ve played in 7 matches this season and contributed with 2 assists. I’m looking to build upon my successes and aim for more goals in the next games.

Q: What do you like the most in clubs in general?

A: I appreciate clubs who invest a lot in player development. At Sarabi SC, the team encourages each of us to reach for our highest potential.

Q: What can you tell us about your practice ethics?

A: I’m all in when it comes to football. I give everything I’ve got, no matter what. Everything I do is to become a better footballer. It’s my only goal in life and I’m willing to do anything to achieve it, even if it means sacrificing my friends and leisure time.

Q: Your healthiness has been quite admirable.

A: You could say that. I had my fair share of partying and injuries, but I’ve always been able to push through. It's part of the game, you know. That said, I’m not sure if I’ll age gracefully.

Q: What's your favorite team to play against?

A: CCC. They’re an amazing team with a great atmosphere. I’m sure we can all agree that facing them is always a great experience.

Q: What about your favorite formation and play style?

A: I’m a big fan of 4-4-2 and attacking football. I like to be active in both defense and attack and I think it’s the best way to make the most of my soccer skills.

Q: How is Sarabi SC doing in the rankings?

A: We’re currently in first place out of 10 teams. It’s a great season for us so far and I’m confident we’ll do even better in the coming matches.

Q: Do you have any other interesting facts to share?

A: I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I’ll make sure to practice until I’m completely satisfied with my performance, even if it takes all day long.
