Royal Cambridge FC Forward Mitzi Kessler Talks Injury, Practice Ethics, and Healthier Habits

Reporter: Hello Mitzi, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start by discussing your current injury. How are you feeling and when can we expect to see you back on the pitch?
Mitzi: Thank you for having me. Unfortunately, I picked up a slight knock during training last week and I'm currently undergoing rehabilitation. I'm hoping to be back in action within the next few weeks.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Now, let's talk about your practice ethics. How would you describe your work ethic on the training ground?
Mitzi: I would say I'm not the hardest worker, but I also don't slack off. I put in the work required of me by the club, but I also make sure to have fun and enjoy myself while doing so.
Reporter: That's a good balance to have. What steps are you taking to improve your health and prolong your career?
Mitzi: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've started adopting healthier habits. I'm focusing on eating better, cutting down on fast food, and following a more keto-friendly diet.
Reporter: It's great to see you taking proactive steps towards your health. Lastly, what is an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know about?
Mitzi: Well, I actually have a twin sister who also plays football professionally. We both started playing at a young age and have been each other's biggest supporters throughout our careers.
Reporter: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Mitzi. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back on the pitch soon.
Mitzi: Thank you, I appreciate the support. I can't wait to get back out there and showcase my skills for the fans.
