Rusty Ackerman: Thank you for having me. My practice ethic is what sets me apart. I am always pushing myself to be better, even if it means sacrificing other aspects of my life. I have no friends, no fun, just work all day every day. Football is my only goal in life, and I will do whatever it takes to thrive as a player.

Reporter: That dedication is truly impressive. How do you balance maintaining a healthy lifestyle while also focusing so intensely on your career?

Rusty Ackerman: I believe in striking a balance. I have healthy habits and make sure to take care of my body, but I also know when to have some fun. It's important to enjoy life outside of football as well.

Reporter: Do you have a favorite club to play against in the league?

Rusty Ackerman: Definitely BDB. They always bring out the best in me, and I enjoy the challenge of playing against them.

Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?

Rusty Ackerman: Well, I actually have a fear of flying. It's ironic considering how much traveling we do for games, but I always make sure to take some deep breaths and focus on the game ahead.
