Silvio Toliver: Thank you for having me. I think it's a combination of my experience as a mature player and my exceptional skill on the field. I have been working hard to maintain my health and fitness, which has definitely paid off.

Reporter: You have a reputation for being a bit lazy when it comes to practice, can you tell us more about your approach to training?

Silvio Toliver: Football is definitely important to me, but I also believe in a balance between work and play. I make sure to take care of my body and get enough rest, even if it means turning down fun late nights or new challenges. It's all about longevity for me.

Reporter: Interesting. Now, as the top scorer for Alberta SC, do you have a favorite club to play against?

Silvio Toliver: Definitely MAR. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a tough and exciting match.

Silvio Toliver: Well, not many people know this but I am actually an avid painter in my free time. It's a nice way for me to relax and express myself creatively.
