Sweden Hedlund: I believe it's a combination of healthy habits and a balanced approach to maintaining my fitness. I also try to have fun and spend time with my family, which helps me stay motivated and in a positive mindset.

Sweden Hedlund: I do have a wide range of interests outside of football, but that doesn't mean I'm not committed to the game. I believe in striking a balance between football and other aspects of my life, and I think it's important to have a well-rounded approach to success.

Sweden Hedlund: My favorite club to play against is CCC, and my favorite formation is 3-5-2. I prefer a more neutral play style, where I can adapt to the situation and contribute in different ways to help the team succeed.
