Tanara Sutanto: I think it's a combination of hard work in training and taking care of my body off the pitch. As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of staying healthy and adopting healthier habits. It's really made a difference in my performance.

Tanara Sutanto: Definitely RAI. They always push me to give my best and the games against them are always intense and exciting. It's a great challenge that I look forward to every season.
