I am willing to do everything I can to improve my skills, even if it means sacrificing friendships and leisure activities. From dawn till dusk, I dedicate myself to the sport I love.

[Toi Nakano]: Absolutely. As a young player, I might not have been the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've adopted healthier habits, steering away from fast food and embracing a more keto-friendly diet. It's all about prolonging my career and giving my best for as long as possible.

[Toi Nakano]: Personally, I have a great admiration for RAI. The level of competition and the intensity of our matches always bring out the best in me. It's a rival that pushes me to give my all on the field, and I cherish those encounters.

[Toi Nakano]: I find myself thriving in a 4-3-3 formation. The attacking mindset it brings allows me to showcase my abilities as a forward. I enjoy being on the offensive, constantly looking for opportunities to score and create chances for my teammates.
