Kanoa: I believe in striking a balance. I enjoy having fun but I also understand the importance of taking care of my body. I try to make healthy choices and stay active outside of training sessions.

Kanoa: OSV always brings out the best in me. It's a competitive match-up that pushes me to perform at my highest level. Plus, there's a bit of friendly rivalry there that adds to the excitement.
