Velicia Tyas: It's definitely been a tough season for us, but I believe in our potential. We just need to work harder on the field and focus on our strengths. I'm confident that we can start picking up more points and move up in the standings.

Velicia Tyas: It's all about finding the right balance. I make sure to take care of my body through proper nutrition, rest, and training. But I also know when to have fun and enjoy life outside of football. It's all about listening to my body and making smart choices.

Velicia Tyas: Well, one thing that not many people know is that I used to be a ballet dancer before I pursued a career in football. It helped me develop my agility and footwork, which has been beneficial on the field.
