Verne Lyon: Well, I've been working hard in training and staying focused on my fitness. Even though I haven't had the chance to showcase my skills in a match, I've been putting in the extra effort to make sure I'm ready when the opportunity arises.

Reporter: Some critics have labeled you as lazy due to your practice ethics. How do you respond to those criticisms?

Verne Lyon: I understand where they're coming from, but football is not the only thing in my life. I believe in maintaining a balance between my professional career and personal interests. It's important for me to have fun and spend time with my family as well.

Reporter: What is your favorite club to play against and why?

Verne Lyon: I always look forward to playing against SAV. They have a strong team and it's a great challenge for me as a forward to test myself against their defense.

Verne Lyon: Well, I'm actually a talented musician as well. I play the guitar in my free time and love to jam with my friends whenever I can.
