Yara Mahmoud: Thank you for having me. I'm glad to be here. Yes, my recent form has been good. I've been putting in the work and giving my best on the field, which has helped contribute to our team's success this season.

Interviewer: Speaking of the team's success, Blue Devils Busan currently ranks first in the league. What do you attribute this outstanding performance to?

Yara Mahmoud: I think it's a combination of factors. Our team has a great camaraderie, and we all work well together. The coaching staff has done an excellent job in implementing effective strategies, and our players' skills are exceptional. We know how to play to our strengths and exploit the weaknesses of our opponents.

Interviewer: You mentioned the importance of players being paid well in clubs. Does this aspect influence your decision to join a particular team?

Yara Mahmoud: Yes, it does. I believe that players should be adequately compensated for their hard work and dedication. When a club values its players and takes care of them, it creates a positive environment that fosters success. It's also a reflection of how the club values its own reputation.

Interviewer: You have a reputation for treating your body like your most important asset. How do you manage to maintain your health and longevity in a physically demanding sport?

Yara Mahmoud: It's crucial for me to prioritize my health and well-being. I follow a strict training regime, maintain a balanced diet, and get plenty of rest. I have to make sacrifices, such as turning down late nights out or new athletic challenges, but it's all part of the commitment to my career as a footballer. By taking these steps, I hope to prolong my playing days and perform at a high level for as long as possible.

Interviewer: In your opinion, what makes the game against OSV your favorite?

Yara Mahmoud: OSV is a formidable opponent, and every match against them is a challenge. I enjoy facing tough competition because it pushes me to elevate my own game. The intensity and passion that both teams bring make those encounters truly exciting.

Interviewer: Can you share your favorite formation and play style?

Yara Mahmoud: My preferred formation is the 4-2-3-1 as it provides a good balance between defense and attack. As for play style, I would say I prefer a neutral approach. I adapt to the circumstances of the game and try to make the most effective decisions for the team, whether it be controlling possession or making incisive passes.

Interviewer: Finally, despite your exceptional skills, you haven't scored any goals this season. Is this a concern for you?

Yara Mahmoud: Goals are undoubtedly important, but my primary focus is on contributing to the team's success in any way possible. As a midfielder, my role extends beyond simply scoring goals. I aim to create opportunities for my teammates, provide assists, and be a reliable presence in the midfield. If the goals come, that's great, but it's not my sole measure of success.
