Yena Sein: I think it's important to find a good balance between work and play. I make sure to meet the expectations of the club while also enjoying my time on the field. As I've gotten older, I've started to adopt healthier habits to prolong my career.

Yena Sein: I've noticed a difference in my energy levels and endurance since I started eating healthier and taking better care of my body. It's important to take care of yourself, especially as you get older in this profession.

Yena Sein: I always enjoy playing against REV. They have a strong team and it's always a challenge to face them on the field. It pushes me to perform at my best.

Yena Sein: One interesting fact about me is that I used to be a competitive chess player before I pursued a career in football. I think that strategic thinking and planning has helped me on the pitch as well.
