Alain Cantrell: Thank you, it's definitely a great feeling to be recognized for my performances on the field. I've been working hard to improve my game and it's nice to see that hard work paying off.

Interviewer: You haven't played any matches this season, yet you have managed to maintain a clean sheet. How do you stay focused and prepared for when your opportunity comes?

Alain Cantrell: I think it's important to stay ready both mentally and physically. Even though I haven't had the chance to play in any matches yet, I make sure to stay sharp in training and be ready for whenever the coach calls my name.

Interviewer: It's been said that you have a wide range of interests outside of football. How do you balance your personal life with your professional career?

Alain Cantrell: Football is definitely important to me, but I also believe in having a balanced lifestyle. I enjoy spending time with my family, pursuing other interests, and just having fun. I think it's important to have a life outside of football to keep things in perspective.

Interviewer: Your favorite club to play against is OIL. Is there a particular reason for that?

Alain Cantrell: OIL has always been a tough opponent for me, but I enjoy the challenge. Playing against strong teams like OIL pushes me to be better and I always look forward to those matches.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life with us?

Alain Cantrell: Well, not many people know this, but I actually used to be a competitive chess player before I fully committed to football. I think my strategic thinking and ability to anticipate moves on the chessboard has helped me on the football field as well.
