Young Defender Candra Agus Shines Bright for Melbourne United
Reporter: Hello Candra, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Your recent form has been exceptional, with Melbourne United currently sitting at 2nd in the league. How does it feel to be performing at such a high level at such a young age?
Candra: Thank you for having me. It's definitely a great feeling to be able to contribute to my team's success at such a young age. I've been working hard both on and off the pitch to improve my skills and I'm glad to see it paying off.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been praised by your coach, who loves your work ethics. Can you tell us a bit about how you maintain a balance between serious training and still having fun?
Candra: It's all about finding the right balance. I take my training very seriously because I know that's what will help me improve as a player. But I also know the importance of having fun and letting loose once in a while. It's all about finding that balance and making sure I enjoy what I do.
Reporter: You have conceded 8 goals this season. How do you plan on improving your defensive skills to reduce that number?
Candra: Conceding goals is always tough, but it's part of the game. I always look back at my performances and analyze what I can do better. I work closely with my coach to improve my defensive skills and positioning to try and reduce the number of goals conceded. It's all about learning and growing as a player.
Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us an interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?
Candra: Well, one random fact about me is that I love to cook in my free time. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind after a tough match or training session. I find it really therapeutic and it's a skill that I enjoy developing outside of football.
Reporter: That's great to hear! Thank you for sharing that with us, Candra. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
Candra: Thank you so much. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
