Young defender Emerson Braun speaks out about his injury and his love for defending

It's frustrating to be sidelined, but I'm focused on getting back to full fitness as soon as possible.

Emerson: I have a great support system in my family and teammates who have been there for me during this tough period. I've also been watching a lot of matches and studying different defensive techniques to improve my game once I return to the pitch.

Emerson: I love the challenge of defending and stopping the opposition from scoring. It's a crucial role in the team and I take pride in my ability to read the game and make important tackles. I thrive on the pressure of keeping a clean sheet and helping my team secure victories.
