Mahki: Thank you! It feels great to be contributing to the team's success. I'm just trying to do my best and help us achieve our goals.
Interviewer: Your practice ethics have been described as average, can you tell us a bit about your approach to training and how you maintain your level of play?
Mahki: I think it's important to find a balance between hard work and enjoying the game. I always make sure to put in the work during training sessions, but I also know when to have fun and relax. It's all about finding that middle ground.
Interviewer: You mentioned adopting healthier habits to prolong your career. Can you share some of the changes you've made to your lifestyle?
Mahki: I've been trying to eat healthier and stay away from fast food. I've also started following a keto diet to help me stay fit and improve my performance on the pitch. It's all about taking care of my body so I can continue to play at a high level for as long as possible.
Interviewer: It's interesting to see your growth and maturity both on and off the pitch. Do you have any personal goals for the future?
Mahki: My ultimate goal is to play at the highest level possible and represent my country in international competitions. But for now, I'm focused on helping Rotorua Savages achieve success and continue to develop as a player.
Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?
Mahki: Well, I actually started playing football because my older brother was a fan and he taught me how to play. It's thanks to him that I fell in love with the game and decided to pursue it professionally. He's always been my biggest supporter and motivator.
Interviewer: That's a great story. Thank you for sharing, Mahki, and best of luck with your future endeavors on and off the pitch.
Mahki: Thank you, it was a pleasure talking to you.
