Michel Trahan: Thank you for having me. I believe that my serious practice ethics have played a huge role in my development as a player. I am always looking for ways to improve myself on and off the pitch. My coach has also been very supportive and has helped me hone my skills.

Michel Trahan: As a young player, I must admit that I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, as I have gotten older and gained more experience, I have started to adopt healthier habits. I have been focusing on my diet, incorporating more keto-friendly meals and cutting down on fast food.

Michel Trahan: I always look forward to playing against AVL because it is a challenging match. They are a strong team with skilled players, and it pushes me to perform at my best. Plus, the competitive atmosphere is always exciting.

Michel Trahan: One interesting fact about me is that I love to unwind by playing the guitar. It's a hobby that helps me relax and clear my mind after a tough training session or match.
