Mitsuko Hamada: Admittedly, I haven't always been the most health-conscious player, especially in my early years. But as I've grown older and gained more experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body to prolong my career. I've started adopting healthier habits, focusing on a balanced diet and incorporating more fitness routines. Say goodbye to fast food, and hello to the keto lifestyle!

Mitsuko Hamada: Definitely COB. The matches against them are always intense and exhilarating. The competition pushes me to perform at my best, and I enjoy the challenge they bring to the field.
